great central access to parks and local eateries

I loved the pleasant staff and comfortable bed during my stay, with the great location making it easy to visit Peters Lake Park and enjoy a delicious slice at Sam's Pizza Shop just a short drive away.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

I stayed for three nights, and it was better than expected. The location is quite convenient, nestled away from the chaos yet easily reachable. The staff were friendly, and the room was adequately spacious and very clean. Just a few minor breakfast options, but the experience makes this place a hidden gem.

The room was spacious and adequately lit, making it comfortable for my three-night stay. Interactions with staff were pleasant and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. However, the breakfast options were limited with a broken juice machine. Additionally, the distance from downtown Pittsburgh might be a slight inconvenience for some travelers. Parking was ample, and external noise was minimal, creating a relatively restful environment.

We had a nice time visiting the nearby Pennsylvania Trolley Museum with our little one. The exhibits were fun and educational for the kids, which made it a great family trip. Plus, there was enough parking for our van.

My wife says that the breakfast area could use more tables, as it was cramped during peak time with everyone trying to grab food. It would be better for families if they expanded the breakfast seating.

stayed for a night at super 8 and loved it! the location was great, just a short drive to pavilion at star lake. the room was very clean and had no smoke smell. the staff was super helpful, and they even provided conditioner and shampoo. a nice touch! also, the recreational activities nearby were a bonus.

Breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. just prepackaged snacks, a frozen yogurt cup, and an out-of-order juice machine drew a big red flag. Also, the desk space was limited, making it difficult to work on my laptop while dealing with the small dresser layout. Lastly, there weren’t enough electrical outlets to charge my gadgets efficiently.

Just a top selection for a quick weekend visit in Canonsburg with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was updated with new furniture and comfortable beds that made my stay pleasant. Make sure to check breakfast options early because they were quite limited.
